Italian Grape Ale. Prodotta seguendo il Metodo Classico e con aggiunta di mosto di Lacrima di Morro d’Alba. Dopo aver fermentato in acciaio per 2 mesi, viene imbottigliata in bottiglie disposte “a testa in giù” in un’apposita scaffalatura di legno per ben 18 mesi. Birra di grande freschezza, con note fragranti di crosta di pane, sentori floreali tipici del vitigno, frutta gialla e spezie

High fermentation beer, produced following the Classic Method with the addition of Lacrima di Morro d’Alba must. The must of wine and beer are fermented together in steel for 2 months, after the beer is bottled without filtration and the bottles are placed “upside down” in a special wooden shelving for 18 months. The presence of residual sugars and yeasts triggers a second spontaneous fermentation which gives the beer a sparkling appearance. This beer is light amber, slightly veiled, with orange reflections and white foam, compact and almost creamy. On the nose are perceived fragrant notes of bread crust, typical floral hints of the vine, yellow fruit, spices and aromas that are also found in the mouth, amplified by a good roundness and a beautiful freshness.

Ottima se abbinata a carni bianche, salumi e formaggi di media e lunga stagionatura, mostarda, dolci da forno e cioccolata.

Pairings: white meats, cured meats and medium and long matured cheeses, mustard, baked desserts and chocolate.
